@Manhuskrub Hi Sam- I'm a journalist working on a story about buy now, pay later services like Affirm and potential negative consequences when using them. I'd like to chat with you about your experience.

@interiordefine is not shipping any furniture and refuses to refund my money. @Affirm has not gotten back to me on my charge back request. I have escalated twice with them and nothing. I'm not sure who is the bigger scam right now.

@Affirm @Affirm when will you make your customers whole? I'm still waiting for someone from your company to help me. I opened my original request on the 21st of November and no one reached out until I posted on Twitter, then when I provide all the details you asked for I get silence.

@komonews @interiordefine are scamming people out of their money and have not issued any refunds on orders that were submitted for cancelation months ago. @Affirm is non-responsive and is not helping. I would love to help get a story out so no one does business with them again.
