@Affirm had a terrible experience with chat yesterday. I had to access the feature 3 times, explain the issue 3 times, also wrestle with the bot 3 times, only to have each agent tell me to give them a minute to check my issue. Then I would get a notice that the chat was closed.

@Affirm if you are going to hire foreigners or hire over seas, at least make sure they can speak English and understand. They locked down my account because he didnt understand what I was saying. Asked for someone else multiple times. Now I got to wait up to 30 days to be able to get my account back. All I needed was my number changed back and to change my email

So @Affirm, why is it that when checking to see what my purchasing power is I receive an error from the site that says: "Based on an eligibility check, we can’t help you pay for your purchase right now." I am then presented an email from your team that says to click a link as to why I was rejected. Opening up that email and clicking the link, I am then presented with this reason: "Affirm Loan Services can't approve the loan you requested because we couldn't verify your identity based on the information we received." How is the team not able to verify me when setting up an account since it asks for my name, email, physical address, mailing address, last 4 SSN, a picture of your ID, drivers license or passport and an actual picture of myself? Make it make sense.

@Affirm terrible service. Never used this and it says I have an account. I’ve been trying to get this fixed since January 2025. Escalated numerous times and never contacted back. I have AI giving me automated responses. Hold for 5 mins, then call forwarded 3+ times.. HELP ME!

@Affirm shame on this company / I made payment loan for an industrial item and merchant didn’t accept affirm card as payment method then loan was cancelled back in April , I contacted affirm several times to refund my down payment of 1982.50$ still no refund ! Don’t trust them

I lost a dispute for a product I didn't receive. I'm a disabled grandmother who still works. I thought I was using Pay in 4 to protect my info. Customer for 5 yrs.
