On Screen Checking of #CBSE Exams is a pathetic idea. Evaluating correctly 1000 answer sheets steps by steps by a teacher is almost impossible. CBSE should return back to manual checking and it should allow manual rechecking for appeal case this time too.

जिन बच्चों ने सही उत्तर दिया लेकिन CBSE द्वारा निर्धारित स्टेप बाय स्टेप उत्तर नहीं दिया, तो कंप्यूटर के माध्यम से हो रही मार्किंग में उनके पूरे नंबर नहीं मिले। बीच के स्टेप यदि गायब हैं, तो उस स्टेप का नंबर नहीं मिला। शिक्षा विभाग ऐसी ही बकलोलियों से चल रहा है। @dpradhanbjp ने ऐसी व्यवस्था की है जहाँ सामान्य वर्ग के बच्चे IIT में बढ़िया नंबर ला रहे हैं, पर 12th में उनके 75% नहीं बन रहे। आर्ट्स वालों को १००-१०० दबा के मिल रहे! भगवान ही मालिक है। धर्मेंद्र प्रधान कहीं जाने वाला नहीं लगता, ये आदमी स्कूल, कॉलेज सबकी बैंड बजा के ही जाएगा, वही भी तब जब भाजपा चुनाव कभी हारेगी। ऐसे ये बैठा रहेगा कुंडली मार के।

She is a star campaigner in her own right, any given state. Fluent in Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali.. and i am sure she can pick any language quickly if she decides to do so. Reminds me of Sushma ji's campaign when she was asked to contest in Bellari, within a week she was addressing huge rallies in fluent Kannada in an epic battle. If I remember it correctly, PV Narasimha Rao could speak more than 10 languages fluently. Amazing talent..

भारत ने परमाणु ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में एक ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि हासिल की है। रूस के बाद हम दुनिया के दूसरे ऐसे देश बन गए हैं जिसका व्यावसायिक स्तर का फास्ट ब्रीडर रिएक्टर संचालित होने जा रहा है; जबकि चीन का CFR-600 अभी केवल 'डेमोन्स्ट्रेशन स्टेज' पर है। कल प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने घोषणा की कि तमिलनाडु के कल्पक्कम में 500 मेगावाट का स्वदेशी प्रोटोटाइप फ़ास्ट ब्रीडर रिएक्टर सफलतापूर्वक 'क्रिटिकल' हो गया है। यह भारत के तीन चरणों वाले परमाणु कार्यक्रम के द्वितीय चरण की दिशा में एक निर्णायक कदम है। इस रिएक्टर की सबसे बड़ी विशेषता यह है कि यह ईंधन की खपत से अधिक ईंधन पैदा करता है। यह यूरेनियम-238 को प्लूटोनियम-239 में परिवर्तित कर नया ईंधन 'ब्रीड' करता है। यह रिएक्टर सालाना करीब 3500 गीगावॉट-घंटे बिजली पैदा करेगा। यह इंदौर जैसे एक सामान्य टियर-2 शहर की पूरी सालाना बिजली ज़रूरत को पूरा करने के लिए पर्याप्त है यानी एक अकेला रिएक्टर पूरे शहर को रोशन रखने में सक्षम होगा। इस स्वर्णिम उपलब्धि के पीछे भारतीय परमाणु विद्युत निगम लिमिटेड (BHAVINI), परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग और इनमें कार्यरत हज़ारों भारतीय इंजीनियरों व वैज्ञानिकों का दशकों का अथक परिश्रम है। उन्होंने सोडियम कूलेंट, मिश्रित ऑक्साइड ईंधन (MOX) और जटिल सुरक्षा प्रणालियों को पूरी तरह स्वदेशी रूप से विकसित किया है। ध्यान देने योग्य बात है कि यह उपलब्धि सिर्फ़ बिजली की नहीं, बल्कि भारत के सुरक्षित भविष्य की है। भारत के पास दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा थोरियम भंडार (विश्व के कुल थोरियम का क़रीब 25%) है। आशा है कि अगले 25-30 वर्षों में जब परमाणु कार्यक्रम का दूसरा चरण अपनी परिपक्वता पर होगा, तब यह थोरियम आधारित तीसरे चरण का द्वार खोल देगा। इससे भारत सदियों तक बहुत सस्ती, स्वच्छ और लगभग अक्षय ऊर्जा का वैश्विक केंद्र बन जाएगा। जय हिंद! जय विज्ञान!!
