Most autonomous agents can move assets, sign commitments, and interact with decentralized systems, yet many operate without a clear framework for accountability, attribution, or legal responsibility. The agentic economy is scaling rapidly. Capital is becoming autonomous. Execution is becoming autonomous. Decision-making is becoming autonomous.
