I'm at the point where I'm just gonna block every "Madrid" account using PSG's success to downplay Mbappe. As a Madridista, seeing PSG become the first team since us to win back to back UCL’s makes me sick, yet some of our own fans are celebrating it. "It's no coincidence PSG won 2 UCLs after Mbappé left and Madrid went 2 years trophyless." Sure, but it's also no coincidence PSG did what Madrid should've done: strengthen the defense and midfield with the right profiles instead of chasing names. The fact that some fans are happy to see a European rival close the gap on our legacy just to hate on one of our own players is insane. Then they gaslight people like me for calling it out. They're the ones acting against the club's interests, not me.

Big thanks to the OPE judge who decided that my opponent with 1 card in hand could win because he waited 10 seconds on my 7k leader > 10k leader with 1 card in hand and 1 life. Also great fairplay by my opponent that decided his way of winning was totally fair. I lost my will to play in this weekend events due to this.

@vandiiloptcg @MrkDD5 I'm a certified judge, and to cover an event I would absolutely have to do this at a net loss for me. If Bandai really wanted a good Judge program they need to provide funds, because traveling is expensive, and while I love this game, I also have IRL responsibilities

@MrkDD5 for people who will misread this I 100% stand with this player and they were robbed. Im saying that theres so little we can do when theres barely enough judges to cover the event and most judges dont want to do it. I heard TOs had a hard time convincing judges to work for the weekend. The truth is anyone you see at these events working it is likely doing it purely out of love for the game and community. This doesnt cover everyone but it does cover a lot of the folks I personally know

All the judges, myself, koi, lex stream director koby, broadcast helpers COMBINED are paid less than the value of a top 64 card for 2 days of work for a weekend after our 40hr fulltimes. 100% what happened was wrong, but people gotta @ the ceo's not the guy bagging fries

Haha Everywhere should be suppled with stands, markers, etc. They could make events giving them out 🤔

Judges will be the overall death of the One Piece TCG. If a player has multiple dice on cards, obviously it’s used for keeping track of effects. Also if you speak and act to me the way this guy did behind the Judges back, we’re squaring up.

No. Unless qna states otherwise, it is the same as how replacement effects are worded where "a character" means one or more characters. In Japanese, Boa's effect reads ambiguous for singular or plural, which is the same as the 2c green rosinante, shakuyaku, etc.

I cannot even begin to explain the lack of intellectual proficiency required to come out with something like that and say it with a straight face. And you’ve got Russell Brand sat across from her, inhaling it all, seemingly not realising what she’s saying is batshit crazy. Worst of all, there are still thousands out there who take what she has to say and think with an underdeveloped prefrontal cortex that “errr I dunno man, I think she may be right!”

@HiThereJosh Problem with removal is/ was that op is won exclusively through combat. There are no real alternatives to characters like equipments or enchantments. Events are ok, but most rely on a character or leader attacking. Id love a true alternative wincon like UNami

yup. Ive never been a "alt wincon" diehard but it feels like the ways to win an OPTCG game has flattened out to an absurd degree. Nerfing removal, which is essentially the strongest alt wincon we've ever had, was the first step toward this (i hated removal tho)
