@GodrejAppliance @godrej Raised AC service request on 11-Apr-2025. Was told technician will visit in 24-48 hrs—still no show. Your Delhi Alpha Service Centre & support agents are pathetic. Even callback from senior execs was promised, but no one called. Worst service experience

@O_bhaina @GodrejAppliance @SudhirSitapati Correct, we also took the extended warranty till 2028 but I think they prioritised new customer only. They don’t care about the old customer. Their Aplha Service Delhi executive said that “we are busy with new AC installation we can’t entertain right now for AC” @GodrejAppliance

I have repeatedly raised the issue of deplorable conditions of Mundka Roads and drains in Rohtak road. Good to see the work starting on a big scale. You can only imagine the intensity of the problem that it will take 14 months to fix the drainage. Still not clear whether BJP didn't let the AAP Govt work or they themselves weren't interested in any developmental work in Delhi. Strange that the same BJP government let PWD merge adjoining bungalows and turn it into Sheeshmahal.
