BREAKING: The NLRB has ruled that if bosses commit unfair labor practices in the run-up to a union election then the election will be canceled and the Board will order the employer to immediately recognize and bargain with the union. Union-busting just got a lot harder.

Three @MWU organizers who were illegally fired by @Mapbox in retaliation for union organizing have reached a settlement that we collectively agreed was favorable for workers. The NLRB investigated our case and charged Mapbox with violating labor law. nlrb.gov/case/20-CA-283…
