I have never missed a payment in my life on anything until now and because of this single missed payment , done in error, I can no longer by a car I need for my wife to drive my children to daycare because they won’t approve me .

@WellsFargo I have been a customer of wf for many years, have had multiple Mortgages, paid one off and currently have one. My auto pay was mistakenly turned off and I missed one payment in sept, which I already paid back and you reported me & my score went down 177 points.

@PNCBank just became a customer on Friday. Tried to set my online account to manage my HELOC and checking account and since Friday it’s been telling me online banking is unavailable every time I get to the office the account creation process. Not a great start

@SantanderBankUS Still have no resolution to this issue. Still no specific reason why money isn’t accessible , no timeline until when it will be, have not asked me any information regarding any transfers that they deemed unusual sparking this freeze. What sort of bank operates like this ?

@bancosantander your bank have locked my access to my checking account for nearly 3 months over a transfer from my wife. Mortgage can’t be paid or my taxes and I called and visited a branch and was told nothing they can do. I will be filing a suit if not resolved this week
