The BackMarket promise. Is a lie. Recently received an @backmarket phone which I later realised had a faulty audio chip. But their customer service doesn't honour their promise that they send out functional phones. They also use bad 3rd party sellers. Beware of false promises.

Very poor service from @escentual Not clear on their offers. For any exchanges or returns, they put that on the customer to pay and do not offer a returns service. Really bad service and not a reliable company. Very disappointed

Again complete deferred responsibility from @Uber And still nothing from any executive team after days. The service when assistance is needed, is incredibly, incredibly poor. And the rectification after is almost non existence. Travelling with @Uber on trains is a serious risk.

On how a third party like @Uber can be licensed with such a public service like train travel, especially when also outsourcing to a 4th party in @OmioGlobal On top Uber have no live escalations service. And since the issue, surprise, surprise, Uber have taken no responsibility

@L_W_E Terrible event organisation and even worse responses. Waiting over 2 weeks a time for a response to emails. They try and defend the incompetent staff but their response time is just as bad. Not enjoyable events.

@AmazonUK may have some of the worst possible customer service. They’re more dismissive at ‘higher’ level than they are at ‘lower’ levels. In ‘resolving’ misadvice, they fail to address any previous issues. The previous standards have dropped dramatically and hit rock bottom.

I feel in true shock today. How can national teams claim to stand for inclusivity and then cower at the threat of a booking from an arbitrary rule. We know FIFA are corrupt and they’ve handed a chance to shed light today. Yet our national teams have stayed in the dark.
