In the video, we show how the attacker gained access to our wallet seed and simultaneously used his Sparrow Wallet to transfer the funds to a Bitcoin address under his control. At the same time, Wesatoshis, which monitors our wallet in real time, detected the unauthorized transaction and immediately executed a pre-signed panic transaction. By leveraging Replace-By-Fee (RBF), it replaced the attacker’s transaction and redirected the funds back to a Bitcoin address under our control.

@lopp So I guess none of us are gonna talk about in-transit copy paste injection exploits that could already be living on your system? At least with a test transaction you could potentially flush this out.

Anyone who understands the UTXO model knows that a transaction completely destroys and then recreates your money, thus the idea of a "test transaction" is laughably naive. Just make sure you verify the transaction details on dedicated hardware. x.com/beaniemaxi/sta…

@odinofcrypto @cz_binance So, thats not really how true OTC works, hence the name 'over the counter'. In its purest form, retail will never see it + its volume + nor does it affect the price directly at time of sale. Now, what happens after an OTC order is cleared to the customer is a diff story.
