@RaySquatch @TerribleMaps Academic fields = science. Everything you do at a university is science. Scientific articles aren't crappy because of peer review. Predatory publishing exists, but such journals are not considered in these kinds of studies.

@MarcelMarbra @TerribleMaps science is a method for learning how the natural world works. Once you have your ideas together, you publish them. But a lot of what is published turns out to be pretty crappy, and the article you cite doesn't separate science from other academic fields.

Europe leads in Heat Pumps. But, a large group of conservative politicians across Europe are trying to cancel funding for these projects. Heat Pumps are needed for European Sovereignty, they are the most efficient form of heating, and Europe must lead, not fall behind!
