@AAA_Travel called AAA to inquire about a reimbursement I requested on 1/26. Waiting 15, Rep transferred me to another dept, entered a bunch of info only to learn that offfice is closed. System hung up on me right after asking if I wanted to leave a msg 😑

@FedEx @FedExHelp why can’t FedEx deliver packages to the rear of my house as I have noted in my profile. There is a vivid note on the front door. I am simply trying to save FedEx the recovery step of having to reship a stolen package. @UPS follows my instructions
