It can take four years for authentic, barrel-aged soy sauce to see the bottle, which is why most soy sauce today is made using a quicker method

1/7 Predictions and Adjustments: At the peak of the Pandemic Housing Boom, Zillow economists predicted national home prices to increase by 17.8% between February 2022 and February 2023. However, with rising mortgage rates and a housing market slump, Zillow reduced this forecast. By December 2022, they predicted a 1.1% fall in national home prices between November 2022 and November 2023. However, as of May 2023, the company has revised its forecasts again, expecting an increase as the housing market stabilizes.

Buying properties from developers in their 30's, 40's, and 50's will often come at a steep price. Why? Because they are hell-bent on maximizing rents and extracting every penny from a deal. They're in the mentality of taking on headaches to create value. Buying properties from developers in their 70's and 80's will often lead to great deals. Why? Because many developers want to eliminate all their headaches in their later years, and will maintain properties with (substantially) below-market rents to avoid turnover and headaches.

You should be able to be a good employee with boundaries and expectations. Because people will take whatever you’re willing to give, and they’re happy to not compensate you for it. We always talk about work-life balance. But what about money and time? tinyurl.com/67my8p7p
