Just finished Who Does What By How Much? - @jboogie and @jseiden's OKR book. Preaching to the converted when it comes to this reader ofc, but lots of fresh thinking (not least the KR formula of its title) and an easy intro to OKRs I will recommend to colleagues

@JoeWelstead There's something difficult to read about by her 4. Could be the font in bold, could be the size of those elements. So it's that one for me in the current designs, but it could be worth an edit!
