BBC News criticise Zack Polanski for expecting better standards from the police when apprehending the man who stabbed two British Jews and one British Muslim But BBC News did NOT show that the officers kicked him in the head five times, when he was immobilised and down on the ground after being tasered And of course BBC News did not mention that 2 hours before he stabbed two Jewish men, he stabbed a Muslim man Neither did Keir Starmer, not once across the two days of constant press conferences, and not even during his statement from Downing street Why is Labour Keir's Starmer and so much of the media whitewashing the stabbing of a British Muslim?

The great thing about #ZackPolanski is his charm; his ability to be on top of the facts, his careful listening to the question and his honest responses. And he smiles! He gives us hope. Bravo Zack Run away with it on May7

@TrevorPTweets @IbzYoussef @ZackPolanski What was this about then? No smoke without fire is there? Sad to see this coming from a person of colour. Begs the question, how did you achieve your current position of presenter with this cloud over your head? x.com/dalrymplewill/…

I'm just so so sick of ignorant media Islamophobes in senior positions of the UK & US media viciously going after anyone that dares stand up against the slaughter and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people. Trevor Phillips notoriously got suspended from the Labour Party for Islamophobia, and you get the feeling, watching this astonishingly rude & sneary interview with @ZackPolanski, virtually the only senior British politician to show any sympathy for the Gazans, that Phillips frankly wouldn't lose a wink of sleep if every last Palestinian was erased from the face of the earth. He certainly can't see anything positive about protesting their genocide. Which raises the question: how and why did someone with such a record of toxic divisiveness ever get offered a Prime Time show in the first place?

@MariaMCasey @IbzYoussef @ZackPolanski Just so you know, you can be reassured that “he” didn’t. You may notice that your correspondent does not quote any words of mine nor say where I said or wrote this. The reason is that he made it up.

When Jewish people speak out against genocide, why are our voices dismissed? And smirking while I describe someone Nazi-saluting at me isn’t just disrespectful - it feels deeply antisemitic. youtu.be/7VkfYJgLljE?si…

early days but my impression is that this anti Green remix of the Corbyn antisemitism smears just isn't landing. it won't dent the Green vote one iota, if anything it will harden the widespread cynicism and disgust at the media that is fuelling their rise in the first place.

Actions like this gives me hope 💚 The eggs of an elusive bird were saved by firefighters during a "significant wildfire" as their nest was close to being lost in the blaze. During the fire in Brookeborough, County Fermanagh, a curlew nest, directly in the fire's path, was found. Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) said: "Despite challenging conditions, firefighters protected the nest whilst continuing firefighting operations." At the height of the incident, 85 firefighters battled the blaze for eight hours and it was dealt with around 20:40 GMT on Thursday. NIFRS said in a statement that it worked with the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) and the eggs were "safely removed for incubation where they now have a chance of survival".
