The most critical feature: the model acts as the technical director. It is trained to output structural markers (like [JINGLE] or [INTERFERENCIA]) that directly dictate the Gradio frontend state and trigger the TTS execution timing.

📻 I built Lost Frequency Radio: an old radio that picks up broadcasts from parallel universes, written live by a 1-billion-parameter model running entirely on CPU. No cloud APIs. Nothing leaves the machine. You turn a dial and hunt for voices in the static: a 1950s announcer calling a chess match between cats, a weather report for Jupiter, a number station reading numbers in Morse. Break its cipher and the dial grows, revealing every station was a room in the same collapsing universe. Under the hood: a fine-tuned MiniCPM5-1B (LoRA, trained on my laptop), quantized to GGUF and served through llama.cpp, behind a hand-built CRT interface using gradio.Server (no default Gradio UI in sight). 380+ projects were submitted for the @dev3pack global hackathon We hosted this hackathon with a small budget, but created a global movement, online and IRL in 40+ local hubs, even in bear market. The community showed up not for prizes, but for collaboration, learning, building startups, and getting recognized. We wanted to bring our own audience, and managed to onboard 4K+ applicants from 84 countries and 1,700+ universities. For most of them, it was their first hackathon ever! The hackathon became one of the biggest student onboarding initiatives on @solana. Their official student hackathon had around 90 submitted projects, with a different budget. The secret? Infrastructure and community. In just a few weeks, with @armolas_06 & @zintarh_dev, we built a cool platform to support the entire hackathon experience, from participation to event coordination. More than 150 people helped organize this movement. Huge thanks to all of them! The energy from emerging markets is unmatched. Many participants are already pushing their projects further, forming teams, and taking the lead in their local ecosystems. Every project received AI deep feedback and recommendations (product, technical) thanks to @bonfiresai Today it's an exciting day for all of them, as we are opening our global accelerator with @solana to support their founder journey 🫡
