Hearing reports that Purolator and other couriers have stopped taking new shipments in several markets due to the backlog of packages. Small business owners, please confirm if this is your experience. I figured we would max out private sector capacity given the Canada Post strike, the growth of ecomm and the busy holiday season. It appears it is now upon us.

@ShopifySupport LOL They actually told me to send an email to support. I had already tried that and got an auto response that emails are not longer accepted.

@MarieArm What's happening when you try to get in touch through the Help Center? That's the only way we can securely access the account, so we'll need to sort out why it isn't working so that you can get through. -Sophia

@ShopifySupport Where can I find inventory adjustment history now?

@ShopifySupport Unfortunately I get nowhere with the Help Center. I have contacted twice. Please someone needs to look into this. We need to be able to double check that inventory has been entered correctly when shipments have been unpacked. It used to be so simple.

@ShopifySupport That feature does not appear since the recent changes. I have tried following those instructions.
