Who the hell in their right mind turns down $55.5 Billion Dollars when your company is valued at $46B. $EBAY $GME
Reese Politics@ReesePolitics
eBay listed six reasons for declining GameStop's $55.5B proposal, most notably no. 6 essentially being Ryan Cohen's aversion to bloated executive compensation structures. That's telling. $GME

That was one of the greatest displays of legacy news hit job media (CNBC) vs. new age retail pioneers (Ryan Cohen and $GME) where the old guard is so desperately trying to cling to what's left of their crumbling establishment. Cohen's indifference to Sorkin's childish repetitive questioning was an absolute mog.

@ThePPseedsShow Yes and I think somehow AMC investment in Hycroft Mining will be included. Carl Icahn took for 25 M$ of HYMC early January. It is backed by Eric Sprott (he own more than 40%). Pulte talked about him. Ho Larry Cheng included Hycroft in a list of contenders for Ryan.

A lot of people say Ryan it’s been months since you said this, it’s true it has. But the message was in my opinion for Bobby’s that have been without equity for years as a reminder that the deal really is big and they will be made whole from it. I am a firm believer that GME IEP and BBBYQ are undergoing a major deal behind the scenes under very tight NDAs. And also yes GME investors will cash in huge on this deal once bobbies are made whole. All of us are OG GME investors or hold GME too and you bet your ass our cash is going to be the fire that starts the rocket to MOASS. We must unite and not fight and remember every stock we hold is being suppressed by the same ones who want us to fail.
English

Just my own opinion but I believe Ryan’s signal of them doing something that’s never been done before is to still give Bobby’s hope that there will be resolution for them at the end. While I know GameStop investors are also anxiously waiting to find out what that is I do believe it was directly a message to BBBYQ holders. That Ryan is still here and what they are planning is something so big the capital markets has never seen anything like it before.
There is enough evidence that proves Ryan is still actively involved in the BBBYQ bankruptcy. In my opinion that was Ryan telling us all just to hang on a little longer and the confirmation we needed that it’s coming still.

@InsightfulWatch He likes to sniff his fingers and touch his nose

Harry thinks he is a Royal other than by birth.
I think not.
We will not find the King touching people’s bottoms when they are bending over, and sniggering as he is doing it, nor will we find him constantly sniffing objects, including his own fingers, on his State Visit to America this week.

If ever there was any doubt about the accuracy of the statement that Harry and Meghan have thrown down the gauntlet to his family, his foray in Ukraine will have removed it.
Make no mistake about it. This whole Ukraine trip was a set up fro the word go, to bait the Royal Family and undermine Prince "I'm a working royal" Harry's father and brother.
What better proof than Harry's utterances to Chris Ship, the ITV journalist and instrument of propaganda sent by Meghan's sister-under-the-skin Dame Carolyn McCall, who shoved out Piers Morgan for daring to speak the truth about Meghan's inability to speak the truth, that he is a working royal?
Funny, that. The words 'working royal' actually mean a royal who is working for the good of the nation within a framework which prevents the royal in question from receiving any financial recompense, as that would taint the activity.
Or, to put it in the crude terms employed by Meghan Markle and her mother, the cow gives the milk away for nothing - something which Meghan Markle and plainly now Harry regard as anathema. Unless their palms are greased, they do nothing, not even complain, for even that usually results in them being rewarded financially.
But now we have it direct from the horse's mouth, or should that be horse's ass, or should it be ass's mouth? Wherever it originated, Harry's assertion that he is a working royal is in defiance of every accepted precept of royal duty as well as the Sandringham Agreement.
Why? Because he's working for his and his wife's enrichment, and for the undermining of the monarchy, not for the British state as a whole, which is what the Royal Family does.
IF - big if - Harry and Meghan were speaking the truth about their earnings, he has achieved financial independence and therefore doesn't need to grift, sorry, receive financial recompense anymore. Not even from George Soros-backed organisations. And certainly not from the Ukrainian state by way of Invictus, for let's not forget, we the British people have been coerced by our government into giving that nation tens of billions of pounds while our own people go cold in winter and overtaxed.
By Harry and Meghan's own account, they have earned over $200,000,000 in the last few years. (Not that I believe a word of this.) Even with outgoings such as theirs, that sum (if it existed and IF they were speaking the truth, which I have no doubt they weren't) allows them to GIVE rather than leech, sorry, suck, sorry earn the recompense they require every time they step outside the portals of their Montecito residence, as they undertake pseudo-royal vanity projects whose purpose is to enrich them financially while elevating them reputationally. Not that their purpose is fulfilled in the latter regard, even if it sometimes is in the former.
Harry and Meghan's recent escalation invites the question: Will the majority of the public who desire to be released from the torment of their bizarre behaviour be gratified, or will we have to wait until such time as they commit a serious criminal offence, before they are prevented from exploiting their royal status to the detriment of the British Nation. To date, they have committed a series of minor offences, not only criminal either, but offences against good taste and accepted moral codes of conduct, and frankly, the whole thing has become tiresome in the extreme.

1/ It is absolutely, 100% “a war about territory”.
2/ You have nothing to do with “our shared democracy” because you’re an unelected traitor who owes everything to inherited wealth and privilege.
3/ Stop using AI to concoct brainless word salads, you ill-education old baldie.
