@nationalexpress @nxcare Disgraceful. Spent 24 hrs trying to fix a ticketing failure caused by your system. I paid to amend a ticket: no QR code. Bought new ticket: no QR. No online support. Repeated 15+ mins holds then you hang up. Paid 3 times for 1 journey. Urgent help needed.
