The other replies already answered, but according to DB Online on age 801, seeing as their age was catching up with them Goku and Vegeta went into space for a final battle and weren’t seen again. The only thing left were the supernovas seen by astronomers. So there’s a chance the same thing might’ve happened. (Assuming Goku didn’t leave with Shenron like in GT). As for Gohan he most likely died of old age as well.
