Sat on @British_Airways ba107 to Dubai. Guy in fronts seat is broken and doesn’t stay up just keeps banging me. IFE is broken and doesn’t play. I’ll just sit here and twiddle my thumbs. Been silver for a long time think it’s time to fly with a different airline it’s shocking
@British_Airways What do you want them to do? Pull out a tool kit and fix the guys seat? They have already reset the IFE and it doesn’t work. Flights oversold so I can’t move either.

What a surprise @TUIUK trying to extort money out of people. You changed my flight times twice. But gave me the option to change my holiday free of charge, lovely thank you. But no because I removed someone from the original booking you want to extort £600 out of me.
Ooops my bad @TUIUK you want £1050 out of me. The lady said I could change my holiday free of charge. No caveats were put on it, yet when I actually change it. Out come your caveats. I have two holidays booked with you now which won’t be going ahead which is a shame.
@manypets_uk Ridiculous increase in premium this year, when no claims have been made.Much cheaper quotes elsewhere for same policy. You clearly have no interest in retaining customers other than offering a laughable £30 Amazon voucher because that makes up for the £360 increase🙄
@Scotcraig833@manypets_uk I wouldn’t bother I got a snotty reply trying to justify why I should pay over £4200 annually for £7k of cover. @manypets_uk just trying to exploit the public who have lifetime cover.
@manypets_uk response to my complaint. So because my dog needed some one off X-rays this year we made claims of £2400. That means you increase our payment by 228%. You now want £4203.21 on the off chance I may need an additional £2800 as the policy is £7k. That’s exploitation.

@skytv what’s the point of you having a streaming service when you don’t stream the whole program on catch up. We had this last year, so you can’t watch live shows that overrun using your service. We just have to live with this do we?
