Same as being cut off from narcotic pain meds my doctors wont write a script for any drug classified as a Benzo. They are considered unsafe cause long term use causes Early Onset Alzheimer's in men and women over 40.They took my Xanax away 3yrs ago. Never sleep

Pain is the primary cause, but for years I took Ambien which allowed me 4 hrs of sleep a day, but my wife was disturbed by my sleep walking. She started following me around to wake me up which caused a bad fall for me. Now I am Ambien and sleep free.
