@MarkAntone15 Yeah, while racing is always going to be expensive, there are a lot of things we can do to get the costs down in entry level racing. It will never be as cheap as soccer or basketball, but there is a lot we can do, that we aren't doing now.

This is a good question, and one reason I think, at least here in Canada, that racing is stagnating.
I remember about 15 years ago when Chris and I were at, I think Goodwood, the week before the nationals. A father and his son showed up to watch, the son really wanting to race and really excited to be there. His dad looked around at all the incredibly expensive trailers and haulers, said to his son, there's no way we can afford this, and they left not long after.
