@PapaJohnsUK I’ll reach out to Haven management, as the standards are appalling. I’ve worked for establishments like this before (Dominos) and the standards we had to follow were insane, you’d at least expect them to follow this too, given its food safety basics.

Visited the @PapaJohns at the Devon Cliffs Holiday Park (Haven) tonight, safe to say I won’t be returning after the standards I’ve seen today.

First time in 15 years I’ve returned, I think it’s safe to say I’ll stick with @dominos from now on, much higher standards of cleanliness and staff hygiene.

Not one bit of hand washing between workstations, only one staff member wearing an apron, no hair nets, wires from the makeline screen touching the loaded racks of pre stretched dough. Visible dust on top of the boxes / hot rack.

@THERoobarb @EE You generally cannot downgrade your package or reduce the price while you are still within your contract term, as those terms are set when the agreement is taken out and are outlined in the terms and conditions.
