@UHC United Healthcare I waited a week for a peer to peer on a complicated case. I was finally connected with a NP who told me no matter what I said the request would be denied as it is off label. How is this a peer to peer? This is just a rejection I waited a week to hear.

@PHXSkyHarbor you should hear about this. It’s a recurrent issue.

I do not recommend flying with @JetBlue . They’ll take your bag from you and make you wait over an hour for your bag at the baggage claim - nobody will be there to assist you, either. Instead, they’ll allow impersonator accounts to contact you and try to steal your info. Shame.

No change. What gives? I dropped over $400 for this flight. Took an hour to board and now almost an hour for bags. This is not unusual for you.
