I met an investor at a local meetup who'd bought four deals in 14 months. I asked how the portfolio was performing. He said he wasn't sure — he hadn't finished setting up his bookkeeping. He'd bought faster than he could manage. Deals are easy to find when you're motivated. Operations are where people quietly lose. Buy at a pace you can actually run.

For what it’s worth: it’s a minute and a half clip from a two hour podcast. The context that is missing here is that we are talking about the Gen Z men who come specifically on my show. Not guys who are looking for marriage, I’m talking about the guys who tell me they want to get laid, but cannot… And then spend all their money on only fans and AI girlfriends.
