I think it's more of a lottery. You start a channel, draw an invisible ticket, and wait to see what it is. 60% ignored. 38% normal pushing, 2% lucky and will be pushed regardless. Or 95% genai videos pushed, 5% those who put time and effort, and in some cases, money into their videos.

Winning on YouTube is easy. Only 10% of people who say they want a channel will actually start one. Only 5% will post consistently. Only 1% will still be uploading after 6 months. All you have to do is be that 1%.

@YouTubeCreators Then, I make it public and see less than 10 impressions in 24 hours. I leave it a week, less than 30 impressions on most videos. I put hundreds of pounds and many hours of work into my videos per month, just for YouTube to say 'sucks to be you. You're not worth pushing'
