Check out these images of yellow spot in wheat taken at the @ausynchrotron. You can see elemental re-distribution match up with visible symptoms, including blue Cu in the mycelia, red Ca showing stomata distribution and green Mn in the lesions. @MegWillans @FatiNaim @MarkGibberd
