Kayvon Thibodeaux is likely in his final year with NYG, Bain can play multiple positions on the line, and he fits into what Harbaugh has been discussing when it comes to running the ball and stopping the run.

@AllbrightNFL Hmnn… maybe apples, sweet potatoes, lentils, oats, quinoa, barley soup, almonds, etc.? It’s a combo- build muscle because that burns fat, diet, cardio, & ab exercises.

I got a bunch of you that follow me that do weightlifting and nutrition, could use some advice here. Been on this diet for a few months in an effort to get rid of fat… I’m just this week pivoting to working to adding muscle. I have no problem getting the protein to where I need…my problem is I’m not getting enough fiber, despite the fact that I’m eating broccoli, raspberries etc. I want to keep my calorie count below 1500. I want to keep the protein up around 150 or 160 but I need to get that fiber to 30 g a day and I’m failing.
