@SecDuffy @AmericanAir It’s a shame that a student pilot has to pay a DPE for a check ride when there are a lot of FAA inspectors that could do this for him out of our tax dollars (free). More FAA check rides please!

@SecDuffy @FAANews Why not allow anyone to take any FAA exam for FREE online??? I tell my pilot students that they must want that certificate more than the FAA doesn’t want them to have it!!

Ungodly rulers continue to do today what the biblical Nebuchadnezzar did in his day. They pervert religion to magnify personal rule. This comes from two ancient ziggurat cylinders recently discovered in Iraq: mušarbât šarrūtīya—“who magnifies my kingship” cambridge.org/core/journals/…

I am preparing to preach through the book of Romans. I like to listen to sermons of whatever I am preaching as kind of audio commentary. I am planning to listening to MacArthur and Lloyd Jones. I would like to find at least one more detailed exposition through Romans to listen to as I preach through the book. My criteria: 1. Must be a detailed exposition, at least 100 sermons in the series. 2. Must be expository preaching, which means the preacher needs to be able to identify the main point of passage and must submit his outline to the inspired structure and emphasis of the text. 3. It must be doctrinal expanding and developing doctrines in the text and stating the application. 4. It must demonstrate a literal, grammatical, historical, contextual hermetic or approach to studying the Bible. Speak to me! I already have many good commentaries.

John K. Tarwater, who wrote on sexual ethics in TGC's Themelios, was arrested on two counts of rape and three counts each of sexual battery and gross sexual imposition, involving at least one his own minor children.

@BrandonLansdown So no honest, thoughtful Dispensational scholars who hold their convictions based on years of study and grappling with the scriptures and writings of other scholars?

I say this as a former dispensationalist—The level of cognitive dissonance is simply astounding. No amount of biblical evidence will be convincing. It’s not that they can’t understand, it’s that they don’t want to even try. Debates go nowhere unless the person is humbly submitting to the Spirit in seeking truth. Until that point, no amount of Scripture pierces the armor because the armor exists precisely to block anything from threatening the system. For that reason, I won’t be debating dispensationalists on this topic without signs of good faith consideration. I pray that the Lord will break down this stronghold in so many people.

All I have to say is, many of you will be in for a shocker when the end time events unfolds around Israel and the whole world watches God reconcile Israel to himself as a nation of priests. There's a reason why some of the blessings christians claim in Isaiah are about the restoration of Israel.

🚨 BREAKING RIGHT NOW 🚨 President Trump just openly declared GOD AS HIS LORD AND SAVIOR — then bowed his head in humble prayer as powerful pastors surrounded him and lifted him up to Heaven! This is what REAL leadership looks like. GOD IS IN CONTROL. America is turning back to Him! 🇺🇸🙏 God bless President Trump! RT if you believe God is moving 🔥

The doctrine of divine omnipresence is often confessed, yet rarely lived. As Stephen Charnock laments, “How much is this attribute of God forgotten or contemned! We pretend to believe him to be present everywhere, and yet many live as if he were present nowhere.” (The Existence and Attributes of God, Discourse 7) Ouch!

“God plays Risk on a life size board.” God does not play the game. He ordains the board, the pieces, the rules, and the outcome. Risk requires uncertainty. God declares the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10). What say you, is the God of Scripture improvising history or is He the author of it.?
Matthew Thomason@Matthew56193629

@TodAshby God's a player, not an observer, not a referee. God plays Risk on a life size board.

@KirkWilson I never met a flaming Arminian who was a universalist. Let’s call it definite atonement.

Calvinists wrongly believe that atonement & salvation are the same thing. It removes the barrier allowing for salvation for all who believe. Limited atonement = unbiblical “He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, & not for ours only but also for the whole world.” I John 2:2
