@KwaggaBoucher Unfortunately, approx 95% of the SA 🇿🇦 population will never see nor have access to this type of information. So you can probably be assured that nothing will change with the current regime. The majority of the members of Gov benefits from grossly overpriced fuel..

@RiebvJanbeeck What about the prospect that those people “cast out” of the rural areas, are for other reasons….. , perhaps some of those “cast out” are destroying the cities & infrastructure at a phenomenal rate too? Surely some of those can’t be for any good reason, right?

Any black South African who complains about the arrival of Europeans 374 years ago is free to go live in rural areas like it was in pre-colonial times. Except you will have more access to water, transport, cellphones, etc. Yet for some reason they wont go stay there, they all want to move to the city amongst modern privileges whilst blaming white people for their shortcomings.

@KwaggaBoucher And SA 🇿🇦 produces their own fuel. Gov will rather destroy any relief for gain.

While we welcome the move to cut the fuel levy to cushion the blow on our residents and economy, we must reiterate that fuel supply in the Western Cape is stable. There is no shortage of fuel. I urge fuel suppliers not to withhold supply.

@katteri38639998 @business Based on industry analysis & Sasol discourses, fuel cost should be approx. ~ R4.25 to R 7.50 per litre maximum. What would you say the cost to produce fuel is?

🇿🇦 The GNU is currently the best opportunity we have to fix our country. A radical and violent coalition would destroy our country. That's why, under my leadership, the DA will keep working daily to steer the direction of government to serve South Africans. #StrongerDA #StrongerSA

@GarethCliff People also stand and watch the destruction without any concern whatsoever that the infrastructure is being destroyed. If you follow where the money will end up from destruction, then the reason why the money was needed, right?

@WhiteLionII1 Everything will increase by - 50% overnight…., whist SA produces fuel at less than $ 35 per barrel…. and not $ 110 per barrel. “Zero Common Sense” is the order of the day. - 28 Million people support (paid by Gov) more than -1.3 Million Morons in Gov to make the call.

The expected fuel price increases. Diesel is even worse than petrol 😱😱😱 Seems like the government wouldn’t ease the fuel levy, instead there is an increase in the fuel levy from 01 April! 🤬

@ChrisHatt11 @centre_risk SA produces their own fuel, at less than $35 per barrel… “Zero Common sense” applies here.. They will increase the hell out of everything, destroy everything, then will drop fuel to try make themselves look good for elections. Whilst Angola pays R 3 per liter….

@ChrisHatt11 @centre_risk Did you know…SA produces their own fuel, but they choose to rip SA’s off, not to mention the Tax & Levy implications affecting any & everything you use or consume. 50% increase expected in almost everything & it will never come down!! 25% was already priced in, in 2016!

They're not having sleepless nights, because we, taxpayers, pay for their petrol. If this truly bothered them, they would simply cut the fuel levy entirely, which would bring the petrol price down by 30%-40% for everyone. Perish the notion.

Feels like ANC knows 2029 is the final curtain 😭cos the way things are moving… they’ll be lucky to even touch 10% So what’s the plan? Make sure all comrades eat eat eat before the lights go off... Now suddenly everyone is being recycled back into positions… all who were implicated in Zondo, now again names popping up around Madlanga… Suddenly they are free, just reassigned and continue 😭 It’s no longer governance, it’s a closing sale… "everything must go before 2029" South Africa watching like… is this leadership or last-minute looting of opportunities? 🤧
