From a Democrat: “I wish President Trump — you had never gone to China. I wish none of this had ever happened. And I wish I had never found out what I found out today. Now, I cannot look at myself the same way. Here is what happened. When Trump landed in Beijing — thousands of Chinese children lined the streets cheering for him. BEIJING EMBRACES TRUMP as Chinese Driver Parks MAGA Hat on Luxury Car to Welcome the President in the back window. Chinese citizens rushed to the Temple of Heaven just to catch one glimpse of him — recording every second — like they were watching the most important moment of their lives. And I sat here, in America. The country he actually serves. The country he gave everything up for. And I realized something that genuinely broke me. China loves Donald Trump more than most Democrats do. A 79 year old man who has everything this world can offer — money, properties, comfort, and peace — chose to fly to the other side of the world in a lame duck time in office instead, to represent us. Carrying the US name into every room as a friend. To make sure America was respected everywhere he went. And the people of China — who cannot even vote for him — showed him more love than he sometimes gets at home. Where the word “MAGA” is not a hate word. So today I just want to say one thing. I am sorry President Trump. I am sorry for every American who forgot to say thank you, who will slam you no matter what you do. Your respect is America’s respect. Your dignity is our dignity. And every country that honors you — is honoring all of us. Thank you for never stopping. Thank you for never giving up. Thank you for always showing up. Trump deserves more appreciation from Americans even if you don’t agree with everything he does?

Is it me or does it not look like DJT is liked more in China than America🤔? I blame our treasonous MSM🤬. They have brainwashed SO MANY PEOPLE into thinking DJT is a Nazi that the Demonrats are ok with ☠️ him😳. Think about that for a second😡

Mi difunta esposa me hizo jurar en su lecho de muerte que nunca vendería nuestra casa familiar para que nuestro hijo siempre tuviera un lugar donde volver. Tres años después, me volví a casar.

Your claim is overstated. Some processed foods contain GM‑derived ingredients, but many do not. The US labeling system, the diversity of supply chains, and the existence of non‑GM verified products all contradict the idea that “pretty much any processed food” contains GM ingredients. The idea that most GM acreage is food or feed oversimplifies how GM crops are actually used. Yes, corn and soy dominate GM plantings, but a large share of that acreage is not grown for direct human consumption. Much of it goes into ethanol, industrial starches, biodiesel, lubricants, solvents, and other non‑food industrial uses. Even within the feed category, a significant portion of GM corn is grown specifically for ethanol production, with distillers' grains becoming a by‑product feed rather than the primary purpose of the crop. While corn and soy are technically food crops, the majority of GM acreage is not grown for human food. It is grown for fuel, industrial processing, and feed markets shaped by those industries. Calling all of that “food” stretches the definition past the point of usefulness. If someone wants to argue that GM crops are everywhere in the food system, that’s a different conversation. But the claim that most GM acreage is grown for food is not supported by how US agriculture is structured.

Seen a lot of conversation about how predatory the American medical system is. So I will weigh in. I ended up going to the ER about 2 weeks ago for crippling pain. Turned out to be a ruptured ovarian cyst. I was there for MAYBE 4 hours. My bill? $13,500 dollars. Because I'm uninsured (by choice, that shit is a SCAM), the hospital dropped my bill down to $8,100 and some change as an "uninsured" discount. For starters, $13,500 for a 4 hour hospital visit is insane as it is. But the fact the hospital can wipe $5,000 off the bill "just because" should show you how utterly fucked this system is. And to be clear - $8,000 is still an absolutely insane sum of money when all these people did was scan my stomach and give me some pain killers. On my itemized bill, my CT scan was 7k. The iodine they used was $900. Just being in the ER room alone was $2,500. We phoned the hospital to haggle. They dropped the price by $20. Normal people can't survive this shit. I do okay and $8,000 is still an INSANE chunk of money out of my savings. Anyone who argues this isn't a disgusting, predatory system is crazy. And it is even crazier that Americans accept this. And for those of you who argue this is the free market, I need you to be quiet. There can never be a true free market here when government and insurance have their creepy little fingers in this pie. People shouldn't go bankrupt trying to pay medical bills. This has to change.

The bottomline is that the much touted reports of GM production in the US is largely not for human consumption yet in Kenya it is being promoted for human consumption

Also are these studies multi year , controlled for bad years of pest and other stressors? Check the source data not just an obviously biased source

No, these crowds are definitely dead. And it’s not a Gen Z problem, it’s a Coachella one. Plenty of other festivals today don’t look like this, but this is the Instagram festival so this is what you get.
Gerrick Kennedy@GerrickKennedy

My least favorite thing about Coachella is having to hear these weird takes because you can’t feel the crowd energy through the YouTube in your house or wherever you’re STREAMING. Talking about no vibes and you’re watching in your living room. Shut up.
