Appalling experience using @Debenhams online. Terrible service, failed delivery, non existent customer service and dire obfuscation. It’s amazing they’ve not gone totally under by now. Never buy anything from them is my advice. 🤔

It turns out that @easyJet is not a fully digital airline. If you have to cancel, there is not simple automated digital notification. You actually have to make a data request on a hidden form which will take 28 days potentially for them to respond. Their call centre has no email.

@easyJet why is it seemingly impossible to get your disconnected call centres to send me a simple cancelled flight confirmation email? Your staff even just hang up when they can’t work out how to advise! Dire!

Having to pay 31 GBP per month for TNT Sports' streaming service and still having ads in my coverage is a robbery in broad daylight. Negatively impacting the growth of pro cycling and actively driving viewers to piracy with every move. 🤷‍♂️

Hey @KentHighways before 4pm on the A28 and not a worker in sight! This gem at the Chilham fork caused queues of cars to reach the Chatham Hatch turn! I’ve ridden past several times in 2 weeks and the shocking road surface isn’t even being worked on! Explain?!
