@the_tweedy Honest Q: I'm confused. What's the debating topic here exactly? Whether men are *literally* unable to do emotional labour?! Of course they are perfectly able! They simply just don't give a fuck to do it for anybody else other than other men.

I used to think that men refused to do any emotional labour whatsoever, but in transitioning I have learned that men actually do an enormous amount of emotional labour -- it's just mostly oriented towards caretaking one another's masculinity. 🧵
