Tearing it down to rebuild when you don't have 2 of next 3 1sts is not getting you anywhere anytime soon. BUF took 14 years.

@MarquesTheRoman @domluszczyszyn Who are these guys? Matthews and Nylander? Nylander had 15 points in 13 playoff games just last spring! It can't possibly mean Knies or Cowan at this point. That's basically it.
They will be terrible for at least 5 years if they rebuild now. By year 2 people will whine about it.

@domluszczyszyn it's wild how far the goalposts have moved in that people genuinely think they're terrible and beyond repair after 1 playoff-less season out of 10 where everything was a mess. Just baseline competence in player management and from the (new) coaching staff and they are in the mix.
