@texasrunnerDFW We’ve lived north of Dallas for about 17 yrs. It’s changed drastically over the last 3 yrs and those here know why. I don’t care though we are moving within the next 9-12 months to a rural area to homestead. I know exactly the market were in so not a lack of buyers of that type.

I am astounded by the number of millennial families who moved to Dallas, bought a home, then turned around and sold the home to move out of Dallas, in less than a 5 year time span Is Dallas just super transient or is this a post-pandemic phenomenon happening everywhere?

Mosques, high property taxes, unending high rise apts, illegals w/o insurance in car wrecks that raise insurance rates, Schools advertised as excellent indoctrinating children in Marxism & Islam while ridiculing Christian heritage & American values.
