My #countryhousepic today shows Kempston Hoo (Beds) - a house built in the early 1840s as a speculation by Thomas John Green, a local brick, timber and coal merchant, and later bought by the Barnard family of bankers. Family connections suggest it was designed by J.T. Wing.
