I have taken T3 at small hourly doses and 3 larger doses split 3 times a day. I found the 3 larger doses keep my temp up the best. I get 100% clearance of histamine, eczema, white tongue and hair shedding at an even 98.6 degrees. It’s absolutely incredible what the body does at the right temperature. Before T3 treatment I was at 96.7 degrees all the time. My symptoms included, tired, adhd, moodiness, constant stress, thin hair and nails, itching, poor digestion, eczema, I had a constant narration in my head that would not shut off, Anxiety, poor sleep, mental list making and many more. I had no idea these things were not normal. Once I started proper thyroid therapy with T3, my life has totally changed. All of those things listed above resolved nearly instantly or within a few weeks. I live life now with abundant energy and derive joy in all things.
