@CrossCountryUK running late is one thing! Running early nearly causing an operational incident is another! 15.15 departure to MAN from RDG doors closed at 15.13 and departed at 15.14 leaving passengers running and missing the train for no reason! A departure time is exactly that

@CrossCountryUK They were in carriage A when I boarded the train… I heard them. And they’ve not been passed 🤔 do we get any compensation for lack of fulfilment of first class on our ticket price!?
