Mám za sebou první zkušenost s Tesla mobilním servisem. A je to pecka – jedna z nejlepších servisních zkušeností v životě. Auto je v záruce. Kontrolka u nabíjení začala házet divnou barvu, víc do fialova. Působilo to matoucí, tak jsem zadal požadavek do Tesla appky. V appce pár kliků. Domluva. Ověření dostupnosti dílů během jednotek dní. Ve čtvrtek přišla nabídka + výběr termínů. Vzal jsem hned první volný termín – pondělí. V pondělí ráno pípne notifikace: technik je na cestě. Přijel, otevřel kufr, vytáhl výbavu, v klidu se do toho pustil. Milý, ochotný, skromný. Nabídku kafe dvakrát odmítl. Za něco málo přes 30 minut bylo hotovo. Nejlepší detail? Jak jsem pochopil, u toho servisu vlastně není potřeba být. Auto mohlo klidně stát před domem, technik by si vše vyřešil sám a člověk může být v práci. Ještě technik pobavil při dotazu na počasí. Omlouval jsem se, že v garáži nemám místo. A on v pohodě – takhle prý opravovali auta celou zimu. Klidně i v minus 8 stupních. Týpci to vypadá něco vydrží. Po tomhle se těžko představuje návrat k „objednej se, dovez auto, čekej“. Má někdo podobný zážitek mimo Tesla? Nebo je to už dneska standard?
