I felt Flipkart was trying to cheat their customers. I got a suggestion from a Flipkart executive that it was cancelled in the system and now we can't help to open it again, instead they ask me to use the 'sell back' option and it will give only the Flipkart gift card. Worst 😔

Order ID - OD328625435341195100,I have bought the IPhone 13 with exchanging my old mobile with pickup later option. My new product was delivered on time and the exchange of old phone was scheduled on 24-July-2023 , but now it is cancelled automatically #Flipkart #flipkartsupport
