@AerLingus are you going to do anything to help us with recovering our bags? We fly HOME from dublin on Saturday. Can you at the VERY least allow us access to the baggage area so we can look for the bags ourselves? What needs to be done to make this happen? @Aerlingussteals

We finally talked to someone who was NO help whatsoever. How do bags get lost in a direct flight when 2/4 make it and we checked all in at once. Horrible customer service and will be sharing our story with everyone we know - many of whom fly this airline a lot.

@KKRogue@AerLingus We keep trying to phone and you cannot get through. My SIL recommended tweeting but I don't use Twitter - if you do and have lots of followers, try complaining that way and tag me
