@aerlinguslostmy any tips for a bag lost over a month now? We checked dublin and Boston to no Avail and not sure where to turn.

@AerLingus are you going to do anything to help us with recovering our bags? We fly HOME from dublin on Saturday. Can you at the VERY least allow us access to the baggage area so we can look for the bags ourselves? What needs to be done to make this happen? @Aerlingussteals

@penguinanana98 @Aerlingussteals @AerLingus Sadly we are going on two weeks with NO updates and no answer to their phone or online chats (tried 62 phone calls and got through to one nice, but unhelpful guy then just stopped trying) disgrace

We finally talked to someone who was NO help whatsoever. How do bags get lost in a direct flight when 2/4 make it and we checked all in at once. Horrible customer service and will be sharing our story with everyone we know - many of whom fly this airline a lot.

@AerLingus @aerlingus_fp @Aerlingussteals going on a week with NO update about our bags. We cannot get through on the phone and no one is responding to any messages nor updating our claim. My husband has run out of his medications and we have another week in Ireland. 🤬😡
