@AerLingus now in to the 2nd day of trying to contact baggage tracing. Not only is my bag missing but so is your customer service!! No calls, no messages nothing. Terrible

@KKRogue @denice_hough @AerLingus Husband's bag has been lost since last Thurs and we are having the same awful issue. Many messages on both FB and Twitter. Many calls. No response. A courier (who doesn't directly work for @AerLingus) texted this morning thinking that he maybe had it, but it wasn't the right bag.

Anyone else with missing bags for them back yet??? @AerLingus 7 days and counting…. Last I heard it was in Heathrow on the way to Edinburgh.

@AerLingus I’ve been trying to get through to baggage reclaim since 0800 this morning. My bag is nowhere to be seen. So frustrating.

@SkateHut the worst company I’ve dealt with. My sons Christmas present is over 2 weeks late. Still don’t know if it will be here for Christmas. Over an hour on hold with no answer. Spoke on live chat and told I’ll be emailed. Not happened.
