A man and his parents are boating in a no wake zone. Another, bigger boats speeds right through there like nobody else is on the water. It causes waves and rough waters for the boat they are on. The man is screaming at the other boat driver to slow down, the other driver doesn’t even look back at that point. It doesn’t seem like anyone else is around then so is the man overreacting at this point?
