@MAS There has been no reply via personal message or email. Time to stop QF, SQ, and NZ milking passengers with high airfares. Transit visa requirements when flying with QF are an unnecessary hassle and make travel even more inconvenient @Qantas @SingaporeAir @FlyAirNZ

@MalaysiaAirlines Great departure from AKL, but midnight arrivals kill connections to WLG, CHC, and beyond. Passengers shouldn't need an Auckland overnight when Air NZ, Qantas & SA offer better timing. You're missing out on thousands. Please fine-tune the schedule.

@MAS, hey, my friend booked a flight to Auckland through your official website, paid around INR 64,642, received a “Bad Gateway” message and never got a payment confirmation. Since then, he has called you guys and no acknowledgement of the payment or refund from your side. Also left an email with no reply over two days. Now, the next two days are weekend. He has to leave on 3rd July. I feel like you guys need to communicate properly.
