The smart, green, innovation-driven urban hub will be located along the Kampala-Entebbe Expressway in the heart of the iconic Nakigalala Tea Estate in Kajjansi Town Council.
Unveiled as a flagship project under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, this modern satellite city will feature:
Premium residential and business district, Eco-tourism attractions blending with rolling tea plantations, Sustainable infrastructure including electric public transport, High-tech innovation hubs aligned with Uganda Vision 2040.

But it ends at one of the layers of thatch covering the 25-foot structure known as Muzibu Azala Mpanga. It looks like a giant basket turned upside down. The largest chimp community, Ngogo had about 200 individuals living together peacefully for over 20 years. But over time, changes began to appear.
