My Take The satellite imagery puts a number on what was already visible in the supply chain data for months. Nearly 40% failing to complete on schedule is a fundamental challenge to the timeline that hundreds of billions in AI infrastructure investment was underwritten against, and the trajectory isn't improving. The AI buildout requires physical tradespeople, electricians, pipe fitters, civil engineers, none of whom can be replaced by the technology being built. The same companies announcing plans to cut 20% of their knowledge workers cannot train or conjure skilled tradespeople on demand. Community opposition is hardening simultaneously, Maine's moratorium is the first statewide action of its kind, and Virginia's shift in public opinion signals that even the most data-center-friendly states are reaching a limit. What has been announced and what is actually being built are increasingly different things, and that distance sits underneath the valuations of every company whose growth story depends on this infrastructure arriving on schedule. Yeah I saw some of the flack after, and that it actually caused him to take it down. A lot of the more public backlash seems to be coming from those who were already on the other side of the MAGA schism though. "Devout catholic" JD took the mic and defended it and the attack on the pope. Honestly, the most pathetic are the comments that "Trump has changed". No he hasn't. He's just become too inconvenient for those who are trying to salvage their careers.

The Republican party has built themselves up as the home of the church for decades. The left are all godless heathens just because they don't feel a need to shove one religion down everyone's throat. Well, let's see. If you disagree with the pope, by church dogma you are disagreeing with God. Trump didn't disagree, he posted one of his longest messages, berating the holy father and declaring that Trump (not the will of God), is the reason Leo is the pope. On top of that, there's the Jesus pic thing (though this is not the first time comparisons of him to God have been made. Look up the videos of the religious circus around him. So.... Where are the cries of blasphemy from the right??? *crickets*

@MAIN_YOASOBI Nice! If I ever visit Japan, I’ll most likely visit Tokyo (especially Kabukicho) but I also wanna visit Okinawa or Hokkaido depending on the time of year. Fun fact, Kabukicho is called “Kamurocho” in the Like a Dragon game series.
