@IndiaPostOffice I understand your process. However I requesting an improvement in the in-house repacking facilities at Kunnathur Post Office I have previously experienced efficient repacking services at Hyd, but unfortunately, the same service was refused here. Thank you for your attention

Dear @IndiaPostOffice, This is stroy of kunnathur post office 638103 happened on last Saturday (06/09/25 around 1000-1100) we took a trolley bag (well packed) with 18kgs filled with nuts and Dates to book a parcel to my friend in thanjavur dt , 1 of 3

From my home post office was located around 16kms to&fro, just imagine how i took the parcel and repack at my home as a NRI I'm Glad to associate with public sector so induce / improve the packing facilities in post office level to help and avoid this moment in future 3 of 3

Persons in the office requested to break into 2 or more parcels, but I denied it and they said that "we need to check / inspect what are the items packed" i completely agreed but that post office don't having packing facilities to repack the parcel 2 of 3
