I have sent an email to RPO and also raised a service request (261049206202). Please help as we planned to go Umrah Pilgrimage to Mecca as it's my fathers life long dream and now the whole family has got a passport to do that except him.

@rpocbe my father applied for Passport (ARN: 26-1057224866) but PSK- Pollachi is not accepting PAN Card as POI / POB and insisting on Birth Certificate or TC which he doesn't have as he was born on 15/03/1980 at home and he studied till 4th and dropped out. Please help with this.

Mubarak and other officers from PSP Division. She carried out a comprehensive review of the functioning of Passport Offices, PSKs and POPSKs of the Southern Region and complimented the officers and their teams for their commendable performance. She also suggested measures to further enhance passport service standards for Indian nationals.
