@HornSports @kyleumlang Still have high expectations this season but no Bijan exposed a mediocre run offense against a bad Rice front. And Ewers showed no improvement on deep passing…both those things make it hard to drink the Kool Aid at this point. A weak big 12 is the silver lining.

Funny how a play or two can shift a perspective of a game. What if we told you that Texas had more total yards, rushing yards, passing yards, first downs and third down conversions today than last year’s opener?

@gkketch Wasn’t the issue last year more about him not tracking/adjusting to the ball in air on deep routes?

Of those 7 drops by Worthy last year, 3 came in the final game of the season when he played with a broken hand. That means he had 4 drops in the previous 12 games.
